Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped or on pre-paid multi-month subscriptions. While we don't reveal the contents in advance, we announce the theme and typically give you a sneak peek at one of the items inside.

If you don’t like the contents of a box you received, then that's the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. Just be sure to cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
