How do I track my shipment?

If you purchased through Cratejoy's website:

First, log into your account on Cratejoy's website. Then, click on "Subscriptions". Next, click on "Track Package" on the subscription card.


If you purchased through our website:

You should have received an email from us when your package shipped. That email has tracking information. Alternatively, you can log into your account and you'll be able to see the tracking number for your most recent subscription shipment in the "Subscriptions" area.


If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us.
